The thing that I will always appreciate the most though, besides the quality of the clothes, is the service. Having someone help me think through how to invest in clothing, little by little, year after year has been such a tremendous help.

Bought a $400 pair of shoes in December and they wore out by March. Brought them in and the sales associate told me they'd fix them for free and call me when they were ready in 4-6 weeks. 12 weeks later they still hadn't called so my fiancée picked them up and was charged $125. I spoke with the same sales associate over the phone about the charge and was told he would call me back when he was done with his customer. 24 hours later I still hadn't received a call so I went to the store. The associate basically called me a liar and said I must've not worn them "normally". We agreed to split the difference on the repair cost.
