Worst customer service ever! Do not become a member here. Just go to a local establishment that understands what customer service is and how to schedule appointments.
It can be hit or miss here. I recommend once you find a masseuse you enjoy, stick with them. Otherwise it's no telling what your experience might be. I had ones that seemed almost scared to touch me (hey, I'm not great looking, but I'm not known to make people sick to their stomachs) while others just didn't seem well trained. Also, it's hard to get all the services they offer. For example, I requested the Deep Muscle Therapy when I was booked, but once I got there, it couldn't be accommodated as the masseuse was allergic to the product. I definitely don't want anyone to put their health at risk, but if you know he couldn't use the product why assign him to me? Otherwise I have very little issues with the company itself, more the management at times. Also, don't use their website to book at this location. You aren't actually booking, you are just asking them to call you to schedule an appointment. Sometimes they call you back, sometimes they don't.
It was nice. Staff was friendly but message could have been better. The "relaxing" music kinda sucks
Made an appointment to surprise my wife but they assigned a masseuse that was unqualified for the type of massage indicated, thus the only solution given to us was to reschedule for 2 weeks later with the properly qualified masseuse. This took away the magic of the surprise and the poor service didn't help the situation.
I was trying to pay for two massages with gift cards. The cashier somehow charged $550 to the credit card even though I had the total cost in gift cards. I'm still left with a $150 charge on my card that I'll have to dispute with visa.
