Definitely disappointed. We picked our table after following the signs direction. Took 5 minutes to even get a menu. The person that dropped our menu didn't even acknowledge us. We eventually got a server and she asked us 'what do you want to drink?'. Beer came out fine. Once we got our food (chicken club), the fries tasted like leftover McDonald's fries. The chicken was beyond dry. We had to ask a manager for silverware to even saw through our sandwich. Worst food I've had in a while and I ate at steak and shake recently. We will avoid this place at all cost. Only came for the music bc they are friends of ours.
Billy's is a local sports bar & grill popular with its neighbors, where everyone knows your name. The food is good, the location is upscale, surrounded by a vintage French bakery, hair salon, ladies and gent's clothing including a bespoke tailor, interior designers and antique shops. Drop your guy off for a ball game and go strolling.
Service isn't always the best but it was good yesterday along with the double fried wings. Very good bar food with exceptional honey mustard for the signature grilled chicken sandwich.

Edited to say that the owner found us while still at the restaurant. He was super professional and apologetic. We will give him another try bc we know how this industry is
